A bit more about AKSELS

ACEHLC is a non-governmental organization established in 2012 in Pernik

The Association for Cultural, Economic, Heuristic and Linguistic Cooperation – ACEHLC (the Bulgarian abbreviation is read AKSELS) – was founded in 2012 in the village of Meshtitsa, Municipality of Pernik, Bulgaria. Our team has set an ambitious goal to work for and assist in the development and strengthening of family and spiritual values, civil society, culture, new technologies, healthcare and physical education at local and national level.

Special attention is paid on creation, application and multiplication of good practices regarding youth and adolescence policies – provoking interest in sports activities, healthy and nature friendly way of life, finding and supporting Bulgarian talents in the country and abroad; work with disadvantaged groups and people with mental and physical difficulties, as well as encouraging their inclusion in all kinds of lifelong learning.

The Association is European Voluntary Service accredited

Another focus of our activities is revival and strengthening of the rich Bulgarian rites, calendar celebrations and traditions of the Bulgarians, including protection, preservation and popularization of the Bulgarian folklore and traditional crafts in the country and abroad. The Association also takes initiatives in the area of ecology, culture, arts and sports aiming at environmental protection and development of alternative tourism forms.

Our team works hard to turn the Association into a regional resource support center in the context of the international integration and regional and international cooperation through developing sustainable partnerships with Bulgarian and foreign national, regional, municipal public and private organizations. The Association follows the principles of social equality and responsibility and will not allow any discrimination and conflict of interest.

AzBuki empowers young people to become more actively involved in the wider community and to fully utilize their potential

AzBuki empowers young people to become more actively involved in the wider community and to fully utilize their potential. Young people need to be encouraged to think creatively, while supporting them in realizing their ideas. We have a very positive energy and always a dynamic atmosphere. Young people form the core of the association and want to improve the position of all young people with new and original ideas. AzBuki invests in young people – for their future. We provide young people with the opportunity to meet, exchange experiences and actively participate in the community. Together we can create a clear path to a better future for young people.

From 2014 until now Azbuki participated in a lot Erasmus+ projects and has partnership with organizations across the EU. AzBuki is implementing several local projects, funded by the City of Nis through three past years. The association AzBuki has cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia, who funded three projects from 2013 until now. Mostly high rated project Want to llive in Serbia – rise awareness of migration problem and give opportunities to young people to consider their role in local community through improvement their capacity with skills for 21st century.

AzBuki is an accredited organization for the implementation of youth work standards

AzBuki is certificated for youth work and has expertise in project managing, IT, trainings and workshops. In 12 sectors coordinators develop strategies, plans and methodologies for program that organization offers.

There are many partners that AzBuki cooperate with in programs and projects – City of Nis, local governments, University of Nis, University Metropolitan, at least 20 schools from Serbia, a lot of Tourism and other organizations. Partnership with Ministry of tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria has been established in 2016 and partners cooperate successfully for three years.

AzBuki is certificated for youth work

Sectors in scope of tourism, culture, information, education, international cooperation are referred to this call. There are Debating and Volunteering Clubs work within organization as well as production and redaction. Staff have experience in project managing of EU, national and local projects more than ten years.
