Final conference

Wow! What a final it was! The end of the Youth Interactive Map Project is actually the beginning. The beginning of new friendships, professional contacts and appearances, the beginning of new searches and views. Marin Gogev Gallery in Pernik hosted the project's final conference and a team exhibition of the 100 best photographs taken by participants in the photography and videography training. At the event we presented the results of the project, for the first time we presented the interactive map, which is in three languages - Bulgarian, Serbian and English. Second photo and video skills training course

May was an extraordinary month for us, as we embarked on a thrilling journey in Pernik under the captivating banner of the Interactive Youth Map project. Gathering a dynamic group of 20 talented and motivated participants from Serbia and Bulgaria, we delved deep into the enigmatic world of photography and videography. Together, we unraveled the mysteries, explored innovative techniques, and discovered the true essence of this captivating art form. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all those who wholeheartedly participated, bringing their unique perspectives and inspiring ideas. Your contributions have truly enriched our experience. This transformative training has unleashed our ability to weave compelling visual narratives. Empowered and invigorated, we are now eager to immortalize precious moments and share captivating stories that connect us all. Let's capture the magic through our lenses!

Second writing skills training course

Completed the second part of the writing training, which took place in Niš. The past five days were interesting and fruitful. In addition to the finalization of the texts for the Youth Interactive Map, it was also exciting to have the participants of the project on TV. In parallel with the training, a partner meeting was held, where the results achieved so far were discussed and the upcoming activities were planned.

Second partner meeting

The partnership meetings between the Association for Cultural, Economic, Heuristic and Linguistic Cooperation, Bulgaria and AzBuki Association, Serbia, are always intense, fruitful and, last but not least, fun. Last weekend in Pernik, AXELS hosted the second meeting of the "Youth Interactive Map" project, which is financed under the Interreg IPA Bulgaria-Serbia 2014-2020 cross-border cooperation program. The project is gaining momentum and, as you know, is already in the first phase - a survey among young people about the most interesting tourist places in the cross-border region - the districts of Pernik, Kyustendil and Nišava.

First partner meeting

And the first partner meeting on the "Youth Interactive Map" project is already a fact. The AzBuki and AXELS association teams gathered in Nis to organize the upcoming project activities. And have you already marked which places/events/objects you would suggest we include in the interactive map?

How we started

This is how it all started in 2018! Slobodan Eftimovski and Petya Dimitrova concluded a partnership agreement AzBuki association from Serbia and AKSELS association from Bulgaria to organize and implement a joint project under the operational program for cross-border cooperation Bulgaria-Serbia. And now this good intention is now a reality.
